Logan- Story in the Summer Week 2 Drew- My First Day of School

   The book Ark Angel by Anthony Horowitz is a action packed book about a 14 year old boy who works for the British Intelligence Agency and spies on criminals. The main character Alex is fighting criminals because one of them killed his uncle 2 years ago. He constantly interviews them on why they do the things that they do. The message I think he is trying to get across is if you are doing something you are not supposed to be doing you should probably stop. If you don't stop something bad will happen and sometimes it ends in death. Narrator in this book not only knows what id going on but also the thoughts and emotions of the characters.      The narrator follows Alex and says his thoughts. This gives the audience the history on Alex and why he does the things that he does. The setting in this book is in either present time or in the near future. Alex is different from all of the normal teens in his community. He has been shot twice and keeps denying that he will never go back t

     One rainy day is the summer of 2017 my friends and I were bored at out houses.We wanted to do something but we did not know what to do. We texted each other to say that we were going to meet at Bocage to play basketball and what ever else we could do. Bocage is a club that my friends and I are members of. So we met there and we played a heated and competitive game of basketball. Later we found and football and had a great idea. We were going to play a game in the muddy field at Bocage. It was going to be 2 v 2 with an all time quarterback. Every time we would run a route there would be someone slipping and land on the ground. It was one of th best I had all summer.      After the muddy and sweaty game of football we got something to eat. We were the only ones there becasue it rained the entire day. Logan About Myself Week One Jack The Fall of Five

This book was very interesting but had many things going on at the same time. The characters in this book make some very bad decisions that affected their lives. The message that I think the author is trying to get across is no matter how bad your relationship is and how much you are in love with another person don't cheat on someone you are dating or married to. Cheating comes with consequences like divorce or in someone's case in the book, death. If you are in love with someone other than your spouse you should tell both sides and resolve it in a mature way. One of the main reasons people cheat is because the other person has money. The other person with the money could be bribing you with money and could not love you. Once that you figure that out you could be on your second divorce and broke. The message is very clear in the story of Nick Caraway's life and meeting Jay Gatsby. The book was great and had a very good message to adults or even teenagers.

My summer is great every year because I am out of school for 3 months. It is full of fun times but also learning new things. I started my summer by going to the beach in Destin, Florida with my friend Ethan. It was the third years in a row going with his family. This was a great time to spend with other people other than my family. I got. back and was really laid back at my house. I thought for a while and saw that I was close enough to my friend to where I could ride my bike to his house. I asked my mom and we looked at a map of the area. We found a back way and it worked fine. Towards the third week of summer, my friend and I were riding our bikes to restaurants and other places. My friend transferred schools last year. He moved to a school in Mississippi and I was pretty sad. They had a soccer camp at the school and I signed up for it.
